The Galapagos Islands are a unique haven of wildlife and nature. Enjoy cruising the islands and each day enjoying new experiences and expeditions. Snorkeling with seals and sea life, hiking, watching the abundant birdlife and standing right next the marine iguanas. A photographers dream.

There are two 7 day itineraries on the Silver Origin, the North Cental and the Western. Both are excellent and it is impossible to say one is better than the other. Whichever itinerary you select you will feel like you made the right choice.

Machu Picchu – the ancient temple of the Incas, an incredible sight. Pre or post the Galapagos cruise is the perfect opportunity to visit Machu Picchu.

The Silver Origin and other ships offer packages to Machu Picchu. We can also arrange a private tour through one of our preferred tour partners, then you can spend more time in Peru and visit the Sacred Valley. This valley is lush and the scenery is spectacular. The towns of Pisac, with the Picso Market and Ollantaytambo, a town that is still using the Inca irrigation system and is home to the amazing ruins in town of Aracama Ayllu.
