Club Mariner Children's Program

Offered on summer and holiday sailings

Three age groups:  5-9, 10-12, 13-17

Children's counselors are onboard and have programs to entertain the children. The program will change depending on the cruise. An example of a daily program follows.

Fitness Programs

Ship Fitness Center Information

EXPLORER - Fitness Center, Jogging Track, & Recreation
On Deck 6 aft, above the Canyon Ranch SpaClub®, is the state-of-the-art Fitness Center, which features Lifecycles, free weights, striders, StairMasters, treadmills, weight benches, a Nautilus machine, workout mats and step benches. Canyon Ranch fitness experts lead popular exercise classes, such as Pilates, yoga and aerobics and are on hand to offer advice and demonstrate the use of fitness equipment. Guests under 16 are not permitted in the Fitness Center.
Whether an early morning run or a brisk walk in the evening, the Jogging Track on Deck 12 offers the best views. Also along the path is the dedicated sports area, featuring shuffleboard, putting greens, golf nets, bocce court and paddle tennis.

MARINER & VOYAGER - Fitness Center, Aerobics Room, Outdoor Activities
For health and fitness fans, you'll find all kinds of ways to work out.  Almost the entire top deck is devoted to golf cages, paddle tennis and a full-circle jogging track.  Fitness equipment includes lifecycles, free weights, striders, stairmasters, treadmills, weight benches, a Nautilus machine, workout mats and step benches. A fitness instructor is on hand to offer advice and to demonstrate the use of the equipment.

NAVIGATOR - Fitness Center & Aerobics Room
Equipment includes lifecycles, free weights, striders, stairmasters, treadmills, weight benches, a Nautilus machine, workout mats and step benches. A fitness instructor is on hand to offer advice and to demonstrate the use of the fitness equipment.

Sample Onboard Fitness Classes

Stretch & Relax
Basic gentle stretching and relaxation exercises to improve movement and flexibility in the muscles and joints. All levels welcome!

Yoga Stretch
(Stretch & Strengthen) A deep stretch combined with strengthening yoga poses. This class will relieve stress and tension in the muscles and help to clear the mind. Improves flexibility and posture and can be a great introduction to yoga and great for all levels. Excellent for improving back, shoulder and hip flexibility. All levels welcome!

Muscle Mix
A focus on upper and lower body toning class with static strengthening moves and floor exercises. This class incorporates free weights and floor exercises, aiming to work the arms, shoulders, and legs. All levels welcome!

Cardio Groove
A workout of choreographed routines using Low Impact moves with light hand weights.

Fab Abs
This class concentrates solely on the abdominal muscles to increase strength and promote better posture in the mid-section. Tone and tighten your tummy.

Get on the Ball
This class focuses only on the entire body. Work on the Swiss ball to promote core strength and balance. Challenge your whole body with a combination of weights, ball, and floor exercises.

A series of floor exercises concentrating on the strengthening and lengthening of the core muscles. Helps improve posture, circulation, and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.

Golf Programs

Regent Seven Seas Cruises in conjunction with our local tour operators has established contacts with the listed golf courses.  Our goal is to offer you the most assistance and flexibility in planning your golf rounds. In addition to a brief description of the golf course, we have listed the distance from the port, approximate taxi fare, yardage, Par, green fees and cart rental or pull trolley fees and contact information.

Golf Courses

Golf courses in selected ports of call are listed below; they are subject to availability of tee times when requested. Please contact the Tour Desk to set tee times and taxi transportation to the golf course. Please note all costs listed below are to be used as a guide, the tour desk will confirm rates for play and the cost of the taxi transfer on confirming the tee time. Payment will be made directly to the taxi driver for transfers and to the golf course, many courses will require a credit card number to guarantee the reservation. Please note cancellation fees will apply.

Independent Golf Arrangements

We recommend that you contact the courses you desire to play prior to leaving home to book your tee times or check course availability for the date you will be in that port. If pre-booking tee times, please remember to allow at least 1 hour if in addition to the transfer time to reach the course, allowing for ship's clearance and debark procedures. If the ship is at anchor, additional time may be required. Please advise the Tour Staff as early as possible about your pre-arranged golf excursions in order that they may assist you in securing transfers to the course. RSSC does not hold tee times at any courses, but the Tour Staff can assist in booking tee times for you once on board subject to availability. Payments are made directly to the course. Please be aware that you may need local currency and encounter language difficulties if venturing independently. Be sure to allow sufficient time to return prior to ship's sailing time

Golf Clubs and Handicaps

Please advise the Tour Staff at the time of making a golf reservation whether you would need to rent clubs or not. Club rental is not included in the cost of the golfing excursion and is subject to availability. For guests bringing their own golf clubs, they may be stored by the vessel on request and will be delivered to the gangway in ports where you register to play golf. Golf courses may require handicap certificates and it is suggested that you bring yours along with you. RSSC cannot accept any liability should a course impose handicap restrictions. There is a golf cage on board where you can practice your swing.

Internet Services

FREE Unlimited WiFi is included in the cruise fare and guests may access the internet throughout the entirety of all of our ships, including all suites, public rooms and outdoor decks. Guests may enjoy general web browsing, post photos to social media or check their email to stay seamlessly stay connected with friends and family. One login is provided per suite, which may be used on one device at a time. The login may be used across a variety of devices, from smart phones to laptops. Guests sailing in Concierge Suites and higher, as well as Seven Seas Society members who have reached Gold-level status and higher, receive up to four logins, four devices, per suite.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises is nearly doubling internet bandwidth size across our fleet by January 2020. Significantly increasing bandwidth compared to 2018 will make free internet surfing more enjoyable for Regent guests as the internet will be faster and even more reliable on all devices. Guests will begin to benefit from bandwidth expansion starting April 2019. Signing on to Wi-Fi will be smoother through a log-in webpage that appears when guests connect to the ship’s network, and guests will have a more streamlined log-in process enabling unlimited complimentary and effortless web surfing

Laundry Services

Laundry and valet services, including pressing and dry cleaning, are available with charge and may be arranged through your Stewardess. On board Seven Seas Navigator, Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager, self-service laundries including irons and ironing boards are located on select guest decks.

Articles collected after 9am will be delivered the following morning.

6-hour express service is available at a surcharge of 100%.  The following pricing is subject to change.
