Onboard Booking Savings

Booking your next cruise onboard offers Onboard Booking Savings. The amount of savings varies by sailing and suite category selected and includes the following benefits.

Please note, if you spend the $200 SBC on your current voyage and then cancel the future cruise you booked on board, the $200 will be deducted from the refund of your deposit. Therefore, when purchasing a future cruise booking, we suggest applying the $200 SBC to your NEW cruise booking.

Onboard guests may confirm up to 3 additional suites for friends or family and receive the eligible Onboard Savings as offered. Required deposit will need to be posted onboard for all bookings by the guest in which is sailing. Onboard bookings will be made through the guest's current agent of record and guests are not allowed to change agencies while onboard.

NEW 30-Day Pre-Cruise Advance Booking Access

Guests may now reserve their next voyage onboard or up to 30 days prior to embarkation, and receive the applicable Onboard Savings and benefits.
Changing travel agencies If you wish to change agencies you can book directly with Regent and assign a travel agency within 30 days.

Future Cruise Deposit Program

Guests who wish to return to Regent Seven Seas Cruises and want to "reserve" their future Onboard Savings may purchase a Future Cruise Deposit Certificate for $2,000 per certificate.

• A $200 Shipboard Credit to be used on the current voyage.
• The $2,000 Future Cruise Deposit is fully refundable up to the one-year expiration date.
• Guests have up to one year to apply their Future Cruise Deposit to any available sailing available at time of selection.
• Guests can transfer the deposit one time.
• The $2,000 pre-paid deposit will satisfy the deposit requirements on most bookings with a few exceptions including Penthouse and higher suites or voyages of 26 nights and longer that will require an additional deposit at time of selection.
• Guests are encouraged to apply Future Cruise Deposits to their preferred future sailing as early as possible and to secure the lowest pricing and best suite availability.

Please note, if you spend the $200 Shipboard Credit on your current voyage and then cancel the Future Cruise Deposit you have booked onboard the $200 will be deducted from the refund of your $2,000. Therefore, when purchasing a Future Cruise Deposit if you are unsure that you will use the Future Cruise Deposit, we suggest declining the $200 Shipboard Credit so you will receive a full refund of $2,000.

Welcome Home Bonus Savings

The post-cruise Welcome Home Bonus Savings is an additional savings opportunity for our clients that did not book onboard. Approximately 7 days after disembarking, returning guests will receive a Welcome Home letter offering them up to 45 days to take advantage of additional savings if they book their next Regent voyage. This is a much lower savings than booking onboard. The Welcome Home Bonus Savings offered per booking is $100 per person.
