Ken and I became clients of Ngaire and BK in 2006. We were looking for a luxury travel agent who could help us with our wish to spend more time seeing the world, someone who had a wealth of knowledge, excellent communication skills and who would make us feel confident that we were with the best person possible to help us. I first used Keene Luxury Travel in 2007 for a Regent cruise , after I had heard of Ngaire and KLT via fellow passengers on a Regent cruise around the southern tip of South America. They were so pleased with her service I started to use her as my travel agent. With over 200 nights on Regent cruises since 2007, I could not be happier with her knowledge and expertise in the cruise area. I have also used Ngaire for 50 nights on Silversea, a land tour of Egypt, a land tour of China and four safari trips to South Africa. My wife and I have been working with Brown and Keene since 2005 in planning our cruises. It was our luck to have been told about them by a fellow passenger in 2004 and since then they have helped us with all of our cruises.
